Here at 681 Talbot street St. Thomas Ontario, The Art Crypt, Home to artists, Billy Janes, Tattoo Jake, Kris Elliott, and Rawbie Walters, established in August 2012, we are a fully functioning studio with Tattoo artists and one body modification artist "piercer". We have little to no limitations in regards to artwork and styles.
The Art Crypt goes above and beyond the health and safety standards of Canada. To ensure the safety of not only the client, and artist but everybody. All proper disposable barriers are used on each and every session. Examples, Machine Bags, Multi-layer pallets, our artists also wear disposable aprons, sleeves, caps, and shoe covers.
Not only do we offer first rate tattoo work, we also have a variety of fine art such as paintings, custom murals, drawings, prints, digital art and manual creations. We also offer gift cards for any occasion, such as birthdays, Christmas, or just as a gift to the tattoo lover in your life.
We are generally appointment basis but will accommodate walk in tattoos. We also specialize in dermal anchors.
The Art Crypt enjoys giving back to the community as well. With such annual events like our canned food drives. We have held events such as canned food drives, haunted house, tattoo fund raisers for local donations and a free ear piercing day which was also a canned food drive. All proceeds from these events went to The Caring Cupboard, a local food bank in St. Thomas.
Last year, Billy Janes had the honor of volunteering for Port Stanley Legion, branch 410 to paint a custom memorial mural on the east side exterior wall. The painting took him 4 days of 8 hours a day to complete.
We have a large variety of body jewelry in stock at all times. If we don't have it we can custom order it for you!
